Unfortunately, I'm unable to offer refunds. 

Please double check the dates and times of sessions and make sure you can attend before booking.

If you have something come up and you can’t attend the class:

For a drop in classes If you let me know 48 hours before the class or 7 days before the course and I can offer you a voucher or discount code for the value of the class you booked redeemable within 3 months.

For a 3 or 4 week course booking (to which you can no longer attend the whole course), If you can let me know within 7 days or more notice I can offer you a voucher or discount code for the value of the class redeemable within 6 months.

Let me know by email as early as possible if you cannot make a class and need to cancel.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class or 7 days before the scheduled course are not eligible for credits.

No partial refunds are given for missed classes within a 3 or 4 week course booking.

Tickets are non-transferrable.

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
