Roller skater showcase

In this series, I’ll be interviewing and showcasing inspirational roller skaters from around the world. These will be short interviews, offering insight into their roller skate journeys, motivations and inspirations, alongside footage of them skating in flow. Get to know some of the unique skating styles and personalities in the skate world. 

Episode 2: Bryan Druiventak

In the second episode in the Skater showcase series, we travel to Amsterdam to meet up with Bryan Druiventak (IG @bryandruiventak) an OG skater and bboy who is a valued part of the Amsterdam skate community. Bryan also runs a dance school called ‘Solid Ground Movement’ that runs various community programmes and dance initiatives, catering for several dance styles. With heavy influences from his hip hop background, Bryan continues to push his skating and dance.

Episode 1: Hakim Saber

The first episode of this series features Hakim Saber (IG @hakimsaber), a skater and dancer who has managed to merge his style of dance inspired by hip-hop and house with his skating. Hakim is also an instructor and professional roller skater and part of the dance collective Rain Crew.
